6/2/2009 - KEY CELEBRATES 6TH YEAR

KEY Engineering Inc., a diversified engineering company, proudly celebrated 6 years of service on May 14th. Even with the strain of today’s economic conditions, KEY was honored to continue the tradition of hosting our annual anniversary celebration where KEY thanked our staff and guests with a steak lunch.

We were delighted with the support of local vendors who provided generous door prizes for this years event. We are very optimistic as we enter our 7th year of service, and look forward to serving the community for many years to come.

9/5/2008 - KEY OPENS NEW OFFICE

Key Engineering is pleased to announce the opening of a new office located at the corner of Holmes Avenue and Greene Street inside the Times Building in downtown Huntsville, Alabama. At our current Decatur location, Key has been providing engineering and design services since May of 2003. We are looking forward to having two locations that will give Key greater accessibility to Huntsville, Decatur, and the surrounding communities.

5/15/2008 - KEY CELEBRATES 5 YEARS

The Key Engineering staff along with our clients and vendors enthusiastically celebrated 5 years of service today. Key Engineering, Inc, a full-service consulting engineering firm, has been providing engineering services since May of 2003 and continues to dedicate ourselves in creating and maintaining effective partnerships with our clients. We were able to express our commitment and appreciation by serving our annual luncheon of fresh grilled steaks. Even with the hindrance of rainy weather, it didn’t affect the attendance. There were over 150 guests who visited our office. There were so many smiling faces, expressing gratitude which is sure to outlast this year’s anniversary celebration.

1/23/2008 - NEW P.E. JOINS STAFF

Key is pleased to announce that Gordon Dunn, P.E., has joined our team, expanding our structural engineering services to the community. Gordon is experienced in structural design and analysis of a wide variety of building structures including multi-level commercial, municipal, residential, hospital and medical buildings, churches, industrial and process plants and power utilities. Project experience includes design of new structures, as well as analysis of existing structures, renovations and additions.

12/6/2007 - EXPANDING KEY SERVICES

Key is pleased to announce the addition of a Surveying Division under the supervision of Ricky Wilhite, a licensed Professional Land Surveyor. Ricky’s comprehensive background in surveying will expand Key’s capacity to provide you with more engineering solutions. Ricky has over twenty years of surveying experience which include surveying of roadways, commercial and industrial sites, residential plats and subdivisions.

5/18/2007 - KEY PROUDLY SUPPORTS THIS YEARS ALABAMA JUBILEE

This year Key is a proud sponsor of the 30th Annual Alabama Jubilee Hot-Air Balloon Classic. A few members of Key’s staff have volunteered to help crew one of the hot-air balloons! 5/3/2007 - KEY'S 4TH ANNIVERSARY

Key’s 4th Annual Cookout celebrating another great year was even bigger and better than last year! The buffet of steaks, baked potatoes, rolls, and salad were absolutely mouthwatering. Thanks to all the planning and preparation that went into this event, over 200 steaks were grilled and enjoyed . We appreciate all the clients and vendors who stopped by to eat and celebrate with us.

2/21/2007 - JUNIOR ACHEIVEMENT'S BOWLING FOR KIDS" 2007

Key Engineering has corralled their employees and formed three bowling teams to participate in Junior Achievement's "Bowling for Kids" this Friday, February 23, 2007. This will be Key’s third year to support JA in this worthwhile cause. Junior Achievement uses hands-on experiences to help young people understand the economics of life. In partnership with business and educators, JA brings the real world to students, opening their minds to their potential.

5/26/2006 - KEY'S 3rd ANNIVERSARY

Thursday, May 18th was a sunny, warm day, a nice break from the rain and the perfect backdrop to celebrate Key’s 3rd Anniversary. As the air began to fill with the wonderful aroma of grilling steaks, our building began to fill with many friends and associates. The turnout was outstanding! Key’s staff greeted over 150 clients and vendors. Thanks to all who stopped by as Key commemorated another year.

11/30/2005 - RIBBON CUTTING AND OPEN HOUSE

On November 17th Key Engineering, Inc. celebrated the opening of our new facility with a ribbon cutting ceremony officiated by Mayor Don Kyle and the Decatur-Morgan County Chamber of Commerce Commodores. Thanks to everyone who stopped in for the open house that followed the cutting. We enjoyed showing off our new building and providing guided tours of the facility. We really appreciate all expressions of support towards Key’s relocation from Sexton to Woodall Road. We had a lot of compliments on the construction of the building as well as positive feedback on Key’s better location. We look forward to continuing our full service, multi-discipline consulting services through the many disciplines of engineering that Key provides such as Mechanical, HVAC, Piping, Electrical, Instrumentation & Controls, Civil/Structural, IT Network, Staff Augmentation and Project/Construction Management.

10/14/2005 - MOVING DAY ANNOUNCED

The management and staff of Key Engineering, Inc. are excited to announce that on Friday, October 28, 2005, we will be relocating to our new 13,000 sq. ft. facility at 287 Woodall Road, Decatur, AL. Our office will be closed on that date and reopening on Monday, October 31, 2005 at our new location, a few blocks off Highway 20 and within 5 minutes of most of our local customers. We will commemorate Key’s new location with a ribbon cutting ceremony on Thursday, November 17, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. followed by an Open House until 1:00 p.m. Come and celebrate this exciting event with us.

6/13/2005 - KEY'S NEW OFFICE IS FRAMING UP

5/18/2005 - 2nd ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION

Thanks to everyone who has helped make Key's second year in business a success. The turn-out for the cookout was great. Kudos to Mark Nelson, he did an excellent job grilling up some extremely scrumptious steaks. Key’s 2nd anniversary celebration was not only a great occasion to eat but it was a delight meeting new faces as well as visiting with familiar ones.
